This week I found out that my culinary essay “Saints, Cakes, and Redemption,” which was published by Leite’s Culinaria on August 25, 2010, will be included in Best Food Writing 2011, the next volume in the anthology series edited by Holly Hughes. I’m incredibly honored, to say the least.
